Exchanges and Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. You may also return your item as long as it's not Personalized or Monogrammed.
Contact me 48 hours after delivery, and returns must have tags attached unworn.
We Don't Accept Returns
Each item is made to order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or refunds.Please contact me within 3 days after delivery for exchanges due to error on Our part. We will be happy to resolve any issues that were made by Us.
All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form sent..
Monogrammed items cannot be refunded. Please Check your Spelling and email messages that come your way in case we missed a detail.
